How to Quickly Define Candidate Number?

It can be a little tricky to get your head around how to define a candidate or student ID as they have a connected string of numbers e.g. 9863521. In this video we show you a quick way to define and group the OMR area.

Steps

1. 1. Drag & highlight all of the zones in the area
2. 2. Right click, slice, set direction to ‘Vertical’
3. 3. Select the correct OMR String ‘0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.9’
4. 4. Type in a name for the ‘Group Zone’
5. 5. Click ‘Ok’
