A1: The design of the voting card is not particularly limited, except the voting card number (bar code) We will be happy to give you advice on what to take care of when designing a voting ballot/card, with attention to space, color etc.

A2: Each voting card produced is individual as it includes a unique voting card number (bar code). In addition as the number of share to be voted will not be displayed on the voting cards, voters will be unable to make any changes or photocopies, ensuring every voting card accurately reflects the true number of votes.

A3: Once the vote from each card is “read” by our scanners, we can automatically check whether the voting from the card is repeated; in addition e.g. people who have no valid voting registration that voted, our system can cross check with a voter and shares database to deem it as an invalid voting card. Our system and workflow practices mean that no voting will be copied, furthermore if requested no extra vote cards or limited number of voting cards will only be printed.

A4: Yes, each unique voting card are unique due to the voting card number (bar code), meaning the number of shares on our system can automatically be authorized to be deducted voting from the relevant number of shares.

A5: Yes, owners can easily "one click" extract any voting cards for random sampling checks. Our system can quickly zoom in to display the card and display the results of the vote.

A6: From our existing automated voting card production, to avoid manual errors, ensuring complete sets of voting cards and pre-voting testing, under normal circumstances it will take only two to three days to complete.

A7: Yes, however the voting cards may require additional production time of 1-2 days to complete.
