DataCap plays important role in 2016 Election Committee Subsector Elections

We are pleased to play a key role in the 2016 Election Committee Subsector Elections. The Election Committee Subsector Election is responsible for selecting from a pool of candidates across 38 subsectors, a 1200 Election Committee members that will ultimately decide who will become the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2017.
