New Venture Subsidiary: DataCap Learning Solutions Limited

This year our company celebrated its 12th anniversary and we felt it was the right time to set up a new business venture.

This collaborative venture will work towards providing and developing learning solutions intended for early-childhood, kindergartens and special needs (SEN) sectors, along with professional training services thus opening up new opportunities in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China while maintaining our existing market segments.

In addition to offering learning solutions and training services, establishing this new venture subsidiary, we intend to promote our flagship ‘AnyTime’ software range to overseas markets. To achieve this we aim to build strong working partnerships with oversea distributors and provide them with the dedicated training needed to support their customers effectively.
